1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, smartphone, or other device. Local storage is a similar technology that lets a website keep small pieces of information in your browser.
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Ste Aznag Cars ("we," "our," or "us") uses on www.aznagcars.com.
2. Summary
- We use audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Declining is as easy as accepting.
- We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies.
- Without your consent to audience measurement, browsing the website and making a booking as a guest sets only a language-preference cookie from us.
- We also set an authentication cookie when you sign in to an account, to keep you signed in securely.
- Pages that show our location on a map load Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.
3. Strictly Necessary and Functional Cookies
The authentication cookie is set only when you sign in. It is required for authentication and cannot be disabled while you are signed in. The language cookie remembers the language you chose for the website.

4. Local Storage
The following items are stored in your browser. They are never sent to us and are not used for tracking. The last two only concern signed-in staff using the administration area.

5. Third-Party Cookies
Google Analytics (audience measurement, subject to your consent)
If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to produce traffic statistics (pages viewed, where visits come from, device type) in order to improve the site. Google Analytics is not loaded and none of these cookies are set until you accept, nor if you decline. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address, and measurement data is kept for no more than 14 months.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page; the measurement cookies are then deleted.
Microsoft Clarity (usage analysis, subject to your consent)
If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (heatmaps, anonymised session replays) and to fix usability problems. Clarity is not loaded and none of these cookies are set until you accept, nor if you decline. Sensitive form fields are masked.

Google Maps
Our home, About, and Contact pages embed a Google Maps map showing our agency. When the map loads, Google may set cookies on your device. We do not control these cookies or receive the information they collect.

6. How to Manage Cookies
You can accept or decline audience measurement cookies at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Third-party cookies
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data
Note: If you block the authentication cookie, you will not be able to sign in. Browsing and guest booking are not affected.
7. Data Protection
Information collected through cookies is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Moroccan Law 09-08 on the Protection of Personal Data.
8. Updates to This Policy
If we start using other cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before setting them.
